Baby Lilly Michelle Berkowitz, beloved daughter of Justin and Mindy Berkowitz joined the choir of angels on Sunday, August 22, 2010 at Norton Surburban Hospital in Louisville. She is also survived by her brothers, Nicholas Alan and Mark Anthony Berkowitz; grandparents, Mark and Betty Napper, Mark and Teresa Gilbert and Howard and Rebecca Berkowitz; uncle, Jason Berkowitz; aunts, Michelle and Kimberly Napper; and a host of her aunts, uncles and great-grandparents,and cousins.
Funeral ceremony will be 10:30 am Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown with burial to follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Mt. Washington. Visitation will be from 9am Saturday until time of the service. Memorials may be made to Kosair Charities or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
