Leslie Thomas Quinn

Leslie Thomas Quinn,75, aka Queenie, was born October 13, 1937, in Crawford County, Arkansas to the late John and Beatrice Quinn. Leslie was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church where he worked faithfully until his health failed. He retired from Corhart Refactories after 27 years and was an Army veteran. He leaves in loving memory, his wife Shirley Quinn of 20 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley; daughters, Shelita Taylor,Selena (Mark) Quinn; sons, Theodore (Connie) Gabriel, Anthony, Jamal(Sheryl) and Troy (Rosetta) Quinn; sisters, Dolly Quinn, Colossia Bennett, along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many friends and a special brother-in-law, Albert Johnson, who faithly stood by him, assisted him throughtout his sickness and attended U of L basketball games.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 6, from 11-1pm at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the funeral service Saturday at 1pm at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 1472 Dixie Highway with burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
