Lee (Leothus) Amos, 62, of Louisville passed away Friday, April 5, 2013.
Memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday April 13, 2013 at Audubon Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4239 Illinois Ave, Louisville, Ky.
He was born December 6, 1950 in Hawkins, Texas to the late Tilmon and Lenora Amos. He was employed by Louisville Metro Traffic.
Lee dedicated his life to Jehovah in 1971, he loved studying the Bible and ministering to others and for over 40 years Lee has helped many to come to know Jehovah. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all who knew him. He had a great sence of humor and loved to make others laugh.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife of 40 years Gwendolyn Guest Amos; sons, Kurian (Sabrina), Chris (Meisha) and Jason Amos; daughters, Melanie Amos and LaBresa (John) Thompson; sisters, Viola (Ezekiel) Gilliam, Milton Amos, Lillian Amos; mother-in-law, Mary Ann Bertrand; ten grandchildren and many other family and friends.
