Larry Lee Smith

Larry Lee Smith, 70, of Borden, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022. Larry was a great man of faith who loved the Lord and was a member of First Christian Church of Borden. Family was most important to Larry. He enjoyed spending time with his wife and family, especially his grandkids. He also enjoyed fishing, traveling and especially the Boundary Waters in Minnesota. He will be deeply missed.

He was born on December 4, 1951 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to the late Donald and Vivian Miller Smith. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Virginia Gayle Smith.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 47 years, Mary Ann Smith; sons, Kevin (Jessica) Smith, Chris (Becky) Smith, Kyle (Amanda) Smith and Cory (Sarah) Smith; brother, Michael Smith; sister-in-law, Patti Smith; grandchildren, Emma, Sydney, John, Abby, Audrey, Samuel, Katelyn, Noah, Mallory and Caleb.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at First Christian Church of Borden (1532 E Water St, Borden, IN). Visitation will continue on Monday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Monday, at the church with burial to follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Borden.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to First Christian Church of Borden or Hosparus of Southern Indiana.
