Larry Joseph Donnelly

Mr. Lawrence (Larry) Joseph Donnelly, age 50 of Louisville, passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2011. He was a loving husband, father and friend to all who crossed his path. A true believer in God and Country, he worked in the field of public safety as a Firefighter/EMT, Correctional Officer in Juvenile Justice and with the Board of Education. He was a Navy Veteran of 16 years, and was preceded in death by his grandson, Ronald Hardin Ernspiker III.

Larry is survived by his high school sweetheart of 28+ years, Theresa; four children, Jason, Megan, Brittany and Ashley Donnelly; niece, among who he counted as a daughter, Destiny Lotz.

Funeral ceremony will be 7:00 pm Friday, February 4, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown with visitation there from 5pm until time of service. Burial with military honors will be at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, 2501 N. Dixie Blvd in Radcliff, Kentucky at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 11, 2011.
