Larry Arthur Bellmore

Larry Arthur Bellmore, 75, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born June 24, 1949, in Louisville, Larry was the son of Irvin Arthur and Mary Bee (Johnson) Bellmore. He was a proud Vietnam-era United States Air Force veteran. He dedicated many years of his career to working at LG&E, where he earned a reputation as a dedicated and hardworking individual. Larry retired in 2003.

His love for family and friends defined Larry’s life. He was known for his kindness, sense of humor, and unwavering loyalty to family and friends. Frequently, Larry spoke of how he enjoyed spending Tuesday nights having dinner and laughs with Phil and other friends. Larry was surrounded by family and holding his daughter's hand when he took his last breath, a testament to the love and bond he shared with his family.

Larry is survived by his daughter, Nikki (Kelly) Patrick; his granddaughters, Hera and Hazel Patrick; his siblings, Caroline, Sharon, and Freddy; and his cousin, Ronnie (JoAnn). Larry was preceded in death by his parents, and his beloved grandson, Sonny Nikkell Patrick.
