Lanny R. Arnold, Sr., 55, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2013.
He was born on September 24, 1957 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to the late Dallas B. & Shirley M. (Firkin) Arnold. Lanny loved to fish and go deer hunting. He especially loved hunting and digging for Ginseng.
Lanny is survived by his children, Lanny Arnold, Jr. (Jenifer) & Keisha Arnold; brothers, Bobby Arnold (Debbie) & Tony Arnold (Rhonda); sisters, Sherry Bruce (David), Diane Arnold, Billy Burdett (Gayle); grandchildren, Ashley, Shawn, Trenton, Christopher, Lucy, Heaven, & Nathan;1 great-grandson, Liam; 20 nieces & nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 from 3 PM to 8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will be held Wednseday at 11 AM at the funeral home with burial to follow at Mill Creek Cemetery in Salem, Indiana.
