Lady Ruth Ayers

Lady Ruth Ayers, age 89 of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2013. She was a member of Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her brothers, William and Dinvel Calvert; and her sister, Nellie Binon.
Mrs. Ayers is survived by her nephew, Dinvel Calvert, Jr.; nieces, Carol Calvert Huff and Ann Dorris; step-niece, Linda Cooley; and step-nephew, Leroy Livingston. She is also survived by a host of cousins and dear friends.
Funeral services will be 11am Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, 635 S 22nd St Louisville, KY with burial to follow in Louisville Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church from 10am until time of service.
