LaDoris Faye (Korfhage) Hall, 86 of Louisville, KY beloved mother and grandmother passed away Sunday, April 9, 2023 peacefully surrounded by her loving family.
Doris was a graduate of Presentation Academy and retired from O'Neal Steele. She loved her girls and adored her grandchildren more than anything. Doris loved playing bingo, slots, family game nights and anything that involved a little gambling. She was a wonderful cook and spoiled many with her delicious sweets and meals; some which have been passed down and others that will be greatly missed.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Hall and two great grandchildren, Preston and Sophie Collins. She is survived by her three loving daughters, Becky Crenshaw (Rick), Cindy Harmon (Dale) and Angie Young (Steve), four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The family would like to thank U of L ICU and Hosparus for their wonderful care.
Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Tuesday, April 18th at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Hwy). A service celebrating her life will take place on Wednesday, April 19th at 11am at the funeral home, she will be laid to rest at Bethany Cemetery.
