LaDonna Faye Appell, 68, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, gracefully gained her wings on Friday, March 29, 2024.
She was born on November 19, 1955 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Thomas Howell and LaVerne (Payton) Potter.
LaDonna is survived by her daughters, Angela (Murphy) May and Monica (Murphy) Daugherty; siblings, Michael Howell, Debby (Michael) Bale, and John (Shelley) Van Wie; grandchildren, Angel Hill, Joshua (LeAnne) Hill, James (Laura) Daugherty, and August Daugherty; and great-grandchildren, J.T., Marleigh, Taiden, Anderson, Khysen, Bryleigh, Brynnlee, Atticus, Brantley, and Jasper.
LaDonna loved spending time with her family and furbabies. She was a biker girl at heart and enjoyed taking a motorcycle ride whenever she could. She loved to shop and spent many weekends finding all the best deals at yard sales and thrift stores. LaDonna was always the life of the party. She could brighten anyone's day with her smile and bubbly personality. She was and will always be a beautiful soul.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, April 5, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Cremation will follow in accordance with LaDonna's wishes.
