Kimberly Rose (Miller) Allen

Kimberly Rose (Miller) Allen, 60, of Greenville, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. Kim enjoyed being outside, sitting on her porch, and was known for being a very good storyteller. In her younger years, she and her late husband, Anthony, enjoyed "tossing the kids in the car" and traveling to wherever the road lead them. Of all her pastimes, her favorite was being "Nina" to her grandchildren, Emelia and Henry.

She was born on June 5, 1961, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Van "Tennessee" and the late Charlene (Hickey) Miller. Along with her mother, Kim is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Anthony "Tony" Allen.

Along with her father, Kim is survived by her loving children, Kacie (Nick) Elrod and Nicholas Allen; grandchildren, Emelia and Henry Elrod; siblings, Donnie (Penny) Stice, Janie Patterson, Angie (Larry) Golden, and Mike Sears; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany (3309 Ballard Lane). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Greenville, Indiana.
