Kimbera Lee George

Kimbera Lee George, of Louisville Kentucky, returned home to the Lord on Friday June 23, 2023. Poetically that happened to be the same day her children's father Jeffrey George passed 30 years to the day prior. Kim was a proud mother of two children, Sarah George and Eric George. Kim was a one of a kind woman who would do anything for anyone. She was the life of the party. She was the rock of her family and friends. Kim was a strong, loving, independent woman, who had a firm foundation rooted in Christian faith. Kim loved to travel and see the world. She loved unconditionally and was also loved by everyone she met. Kim had an infectious joy about her and a smile that lit up the room. The world will never see another person like her. She was preceded in death by her mother Wanda Mclennan and her "twin" sister Pamela Faye.

Kimbera is survived by her daughter, Sarah George; son, Eric George; sister, Stephanie Asher; brother, Wayne May; sister, Michelle Campbell; nieces, Amanda Pinkston and April Wood; nieces, Shana Null and Samantha Sears; nephew, Christopher McLennan; as well several other nieces and nephews; including a multitude of friends and family.

Visitation will be 2 to 4pm on Friday, June 30, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243 with a celebration of Kimbera's life to follow at 4pm.
