Kimber Nicole Carothers

Kimber Carothers, 37, of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. Kimber had a great personality and loved being a hairdresser. She enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

She was born on May 5, 1985, in New Albany, Indiana, to John and Dawn (Townsley) Carothers.

Kimber is survived by her parents, John and Dawn Carothers; son, Keyton Carothers; daughter, Xuntory Lucas; sister, Alisia Carothers; brother, Mark Carothers; grandmother, Rose Marie; grandmother, Rosie Townsley; nieces, Novah Clark, Serenity Clark, and Emma Ferguson; nephews, Easton Clark and Micha Carroll; and many other extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 29, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will be at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions.
