Kim Sierra

Kim Sierra, 66, of Louisville, KY, passed away on February 12, 2024. She worked as a teacher's assistant and volunteered at Eisenhower Elementary for over 20 years. Kim's greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and creating memories with them. She had a sweet spirit and always placed others before herself. Kim never missed an opportunity to watch her Louisville Cardinals play.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Sierra, and her daughter, Brittany Nunn.

Kim leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Brandi (Kyle) Ray and BJ (Dana) Nunn; step-children, Tammy (Robert) Scott, Shawn (Yoselyn) Sierra, Anita (Jason Frantz) Sierra; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and brother, Joseph (Lisa) Denney.

Visitation will be Friday, February 23, 2024, from 9am-12pm with a celebration of Kim's life beginning at 12pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY.

Kim's graveside service will be at 1:30pm at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery - Central, 2501 N. Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY, Friday, February 23, 2024.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Hildegard House, 114 Adams Street, Louisville, KY 40206, in Kim's memory, www.hildegardhouse.org.
