Kim Marie Leonard

Kim Marie Leonard, 67, of Leitchfield, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, January 10, 2025. Kim was a loving and devoted mother, sister, and Ninny. She was a graduate of Bullitt Central High School, class of 1975. Kim will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

She was born on February 25, 1957 in Louisville, Kentucky to Louis and Helen (Adams) Leonard. She is preceded in death by her father, Louis P. Leonard; mother, Helen Laverne Leonard; brother, Luke Leonard; and ex-husband, Joey Cecil.

Kim is survived by her loving family, children, Lauren Pedley, Sean (Kari) Cecil, Josh Cecil, Jodie Cecil; sister, Sharon (John) Glover; brothers, Kevin (Elisa) Leonard, Michael Leonard; grandchildren, Olivia Cecil, Charley Greenwell, Kaleb Cecil, Madison Cecil, Joey Howard, significant other, James Clemons; as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be on Monday, January 20, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway.
