Kevin A. Krininger, 54, of Henryville passed away on May 23, 2012. A skilled craftsman, Kevin was an avid fisherman and a passionate gardener. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and of the Knights of Columbus Cardinal Ritter Council #1221 in New Albany.
Kevin was born on February 26, 1958 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to Jack L. and Janet T. (Dallmann) Krininger.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Dawn Krininger (Charise Frazier), Dalton Krininger (Dayna Wheeler), and Jessica Stenger (Sean McComis); significant other, Cathy Stenger; brothers, Keith (Kay), Kerry, and Kirk (Tammy) Krininger; sister, Kelly Diedrich (Steve); grandchildren, Jaren and Kyla Davis, Ethan Baker, Raylee McNair, and MaLeah Krininger; and many nieces and nephews.
His Visitation will be 12 to 8 PM Sunday, May 27, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM on Monday at Holy Family Catholic Church (129 West Daisy Lane, New Albany) with burial to follow at Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery in New Albany.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hosparus – the Community Hospice of Southern Indiana (624 East Market Street, New Albany, IN 47150).
