Kevin "Big Kev" Franklin, 37, passed away, Wednesday, December 18, 2013. Kevin enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with his son, Kevin.
He is survived by his father, Charles "Sonny" (Nancy) Franklin; son, Kevin Franklin; brothers, Charles "Sonny Boy", Kurt Lyle, Eric Lyle, and Kreg Lyle; sisters, Alisa Johnson, Karla Peck and Kari Wooldridge and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation for Big Kev will be Sunday, December 22, from 12pm-6pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway) and Monday, December 23, from 10am - 1pm with funeral services beginning at 1pm.
Interment will be at Bethany Cemetery, 10915 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY.
The family would appreciate donations made to Louisville Lead Rod & Custom Car Club, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272 instead of flowers.
