Kevin Lee Boham

Kevin Lee Boham, 70, of Corydon, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022. Kevin was a member of the Catholic faith. He was a graduate of Dunbar High School in West Virginia. He went on to earn his B.S. in English and an M.A. in Industrial Relations from Marshall University. Kevin earned his RN from the University of Charleston. Kevin's higher education was in the state of West Virginia. He devoted his career to the medical field, working at CAMC as a substance abuse therapist and a psychiatric nurse in behavioral health. He also worked as a registered nurse at Southern Indiana Medical Center, as well as various positions for the University of Pittsburgh and at Kentucky Correctional Psychiatric Center. Outside of his work, Kevin was an avid woodsman, who enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a gifted musician and photographer. Kevin spent many years bringing joy to his community by portraying Santa Clause during the holidays.

He was born on September 12, 1951, in Springfield, Ohio, to the late Donald and Jane (Hansell) Boham.

Kevin is survived by his significant other, Anne Marie; sisters, Penny (Bill) Golden and Kendra (Tito) Diáz; stepsons, John (Lari) Stone and Derek (Lisa) Stone; step-grandchildren, Madeline, Max, Brooke, and Luke; niece, Karen Jennifer Golden; and nephews, Sean and Donovan Diaz.

Cremation was chosen following Kevin's wishes. A Memorial Service will be held in Charleston, West Virginia, at a later date. Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana) was entrusted with his care.
