Kenneth Turner, 81, of Louisville passed away on November 23, 2014. He retired from BF Goodrich and was a member of Kenwood Church of Christ. Ken served in the Air Force during the Korean War.
He was born on June 22, 1933, in Corbin, KY to the late Frank and Blanche (Wood) Turner. In addition to his parents, Ken was preceded in death by his wife Billie Ruth Turner.
Ken is survived by his daughter, Jennifer E. Mayfield; granddaughter, Shelley Adams; and great-grandchildren, Courtney, Amber, and Ryan.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). Funeral ceremony will be held Wednesday at 10:30 am at the funeral home with burial to follow in Kentucky Veteran Cemetery - Central in Radcliff, KY.
