Kenneth F. Price, 83, of Lanesville, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023. Kenneth was known for his love of fishing, hunting, and woodworking. He enjoyed serving his church through many years as trustee and head usher.
He was born on August 23, 1939, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Frank and Hattie (Spencer) Price. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Ethyl Hall and Jim Price.
Kenneth is survived by his loving wife, Ruth Ann (Gardner) Price; children, Frank (Annetta) Price, Eddie (Jacquita Lind) Price, Steven (Sheila) Price; daughter, Beverly (John) Hagest; siblings, Tom Price, Jenny Neff, and Kathy Wilson; 10 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 5, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Visitation will continue on Monday, February 6, 2023, at Shepherd of the Hills LCMS-Georgetown (5231 IN-62) from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with his funeral service taking place at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
