Kenneth Ray Dixon, Sr.

Kenneth Ray "Kenny" Dixon, Sr., 76, of Harned, Kentucky passed away on November 2, 2019.
Kenny was born on June 6, 1943 in Jeffersontown, Kentucky to the late Norman Dixon and Orabelle Bigelow Dixon. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Norma Jo Fitzgerald; and seven siblings.
Kenny is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Linda Tucker Dixon; children, Vivian Bertram (Michael), Terri Merritt (Frank) and Kenny Dixon, Jr.; step-sons, Shannon Whitcomb and Brandon Whitcomb; seven sisters; two brothers; five grandchildren; one step-grandchild; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 pm to 8 pm on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243). A funeral service to honor the life of Kenny will be held Thursday at 10 am at the funeral home, burial will follow at Pennsylvania Run Cemetery.
In loving memory of Kenny, memorial donations may be made to the family, C/O Linda Dixon or The Acute Myeloid Leukemia Foundation.
