Kenneth Lee Berg, Sr.

Kenneth Lee Berg Sr., 86, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2019.
He was born on July 26, 1932 in Tell City, Indiana. Kenneth worked at Louisville Tin and Stove Company for 45 years. He was also a security guard at Murray Guard for 5 years. Kenneth did carpentry work and worked on cars throughout his life. In his younger days Kenneth had a band called the Hoosier Playboys and he played with them for 2 years on WTCJ in Tell City.
He is preceded in death by his Mother, Veronica Louise Staples, Father, Frank L. Zuelly, and Brother, David Sallee.
Kenneth is survived by his loving Wife of 65 years, Joan Labhart Berg, Sons, Kenneth Lee Berg, Jr., Ricky (Brenda) Berg, Sr., Clarence (Sharon) Edward Berg, Sr., Steven Ray Berg, Mark (Tina) A. Berg, Sr., Sister, Carolyn Gering, Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday at the funeral home with cremation services to follow.
