Kay Vandrick, born January 26, 1927, in Estevan Saskatchewan passed away peacefully on December 1, 2023, at age 96.
She is survived by her children Elaine Stamper and Bill Vandrick (Sharon), as well as cherished grandson Joe and granddaughter Jackie. Kay was a beloved great-grandmother to Jackson, Alma, and Ellie, and she is preceded in death by her husband Joe, daughter Joanne, and granddaughter Jessica.
Kay's life was marked by love, compassion, and dedication to family and community. She served as a docent at the Speed Art Museum for 30 years and was a devoted member of Saint Mathew's Episcopal church for over 60 years. She volunteered generously at Norton Hospital Gift Shop, Meals on Wheels, and various food pantries, leaving a legacy of kindness.
Join us for a celebration of Kay's life at 1PM on Saturday, December 16th at Saint Mathew's Episcopal Church, 330 N Hubbards Ln, Louisville, KY.
