Kathryn Brugh

Kathryn "Katie" Brown Brugh, age 30 of Louisville, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2014. She was born on September 28, 1983 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana to Terry and Judy Brown, and was a 2001 graduate of Eastern High School. Katie was preceded in death by her brother, Ted Wood and sister, Sonja Wood.

Besides her parents, Katie is survived by her children, Dylan Schwartz and Gavin Brugh; sister, Carma Houp (Brian); nephews, Sam Franken and Mason Witt. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends both in Louisville and in Ft. Wayne.

A celebration of Katie's life will be 3pm, Saturday, March 29, 2014, with visitation from 1pm until time of service at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Ky.

A memorial fund has been created for care of her children. Donations may be made to the Katie Brugh Memorial Fund at any Old National Bank.
