Kathleen "Katie" Stewart Visser, 43, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022. She was born to Frank and Kathleen Stewart on November 4, 1978.
Katie attended Atherton High School. She was employed as a Drapery Specialist at Coit Cleaning and Restoration. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and cooking, especially bringing desserts to gatherings. She frequented and loved eating at Olive Garden and Applebees. She and her husband loved riding his motorcycle.
Katie is preceded by her parents, Frank M Stewart and Kathleen E Feldhaus Stewart. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 21 years, George "Steve" Visser; her daughter, Danaylee Visser; her step children, Alexis and Josh (Serena); her grandchildren, Lydia and Layton; her aunt, Charlotte Goins; her uncle, Michael Feldhaus, as well as other relatives and friends who will all treasure her legacy.
Visitation will be on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243) from 12:00pm – 5:00pm with a memorial service beginning at 4:30pm.
