Kathleen Jerome Penick

Kathleen "Kathy" Jerome Penick , 66, of Louisville, Ky passed away on May 24, 2014. She retired from Jackson Hewitt after 46 years of service.
Kathleen was born on July 16, 1947, in Louisville, Ky to the late Amial Jerome Mills. She was also preceded in death by her Daughter, Jennifer Allen Penick, her sister, Rebecca Herberger and brother, David Mills.
She loved spending time at her lake home, and enjoyed gardening and cooking. Most of all she loved her family and friends, especially her grand babies. Kathleen will be truly missed by all.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Richard Allen Penick; children, David Kenneth Penick (Andrea), and Robert Jerome Keith
(Heather); grandchildren, Zachary Shofner, Jonathon Penick, Jenna Kessler, and Linsey Kessler.
Visitation will be from 4pm - 8pm Wednesday, May 28, 2014, and Thursday, May 29th from 10am - 3:30pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville).
Her Funeral Ceremony will be held Thursday at 3:30pm at the funeral home.
