Karen Ray Litsey, 64, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2023. Karen loved taking trips down to Florida to Treasure Island. She loved to be on the beach making memories with family and friends. She was an avid animal lover and enjoyed her house plants. Most of all she loved being with her family and friends.
She was born on June 4, 1958 in Louisville, Kentucky to William and Mary (Mills) Woodward. She is preceded in death by her Father, William S Woodward, Mother, Mary Francis Woodward, Daughter, Devon, and Sister, Linda Callahan.
Karen is survived by her loving Husband of 11 years, Terry Bennett; Children, Tara, Whitney, Ashley, and Scott; 12 Grandchildren; Siblings, Gary Woodward, Robert (Jan) Woodward, and Doug (Noni) Woodward; Brother-In-Law, Tim Callahan, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.
Her Graveside Service will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at Cave Hill Cemetery.
The family requests that contributions in Karen's memory be made to American Cancer Society.
