Karen Irene Harvey
January 5, 1947 — April 22, 2014
Karen Irene Harvey, 67, passed away on April 22, 2014. She was member of Southern Star Chapter, 154 Order of Eastern Star. She was a member of Ormsby Heights Baptist Church. She was a loving wife and wonderful grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her father, Johnny Murphy and sister, Christina Perry.
She is survived by her husband, William Joseph Harvey, Sr.; children, William Joseph (Lori) Harvey, Jr., Anne Marie (Jessie McFall) Harvey, Daniel Harvey and grandson, Nicholas Ratchford; granddaughters, Alison Marie McFall and Jessica Anne McFall; mother, Lucy Murphy; brother, Johnnie Murphy and sisters, Mary Ruth(Jerel) Clanney and Connie (R.W.) Webster and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Karen will be Thursday, April 24, 2014, from 2pm-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway). Funeral services will be Friday, April 25, 2014, at 1pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel.
Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY.
