Karen Jill (Keith) Ferry, 69, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 after a short illness. Jill was born December 1, 1953 in New Albany, Indiana to George and Julia (Nance) Keith. She was a retired employee of General Electric in Louisville, KY.
Jill is survived by her daughter, Missy Beswick (Bill); grandchildren, Brian (Shelby), Connor, and Nicholas (Paige); great-grandchildren, Julia and Gus; brothers, Leland "Pepper" Coombs (Pam) and Bernard "Beanie" Coombs (Billy Jo); and a host of many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Jill is preceded in death by her parents, George R. and Julia C. Keith; sisters, Irma Gale Ward (Robert) and Patty Ann Renfro (Robert); brothers, George R. Keith Jr., Robert Coombs, Gordon "Butch" Coombs, and Larry "Tinker" Coombs.
Direct cremation was selected and there will be no funeral or memorial services for Jill. Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions of New Albany is handling her arrangements.
The family would like to extend a huge thank you to St. Croix Hospice for their service and dedicated care of Jill in her final stage of life.
