June Marie Wilson

June M. Wilson, 91, of Louisville, Ky passed away on July 31, 2024. She was born on February 17, 1933 to the late Mabel Wright Peace and William Peace.  June was a graduate of the Louisville Girls High School. She was a member of Southeast Christian Church and the John Marshall chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.   June was an accomplished seamstress and quilter often donating quilts to various charities.  She enjoyed making hand crafted Christmas gifts for her family each year. She enjoyed playing cards and dominos and was quite ‘skilled’ at winning!

June was preceded in death by her parents and son, James G Wilson. 

June is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, James R Wilson; children, Dr. David Wilson (Cindy) and Dr. Janice Wilson; grandchildren, Clint Wilson and Clay Wilson; great-grandchildren, Ryan and Tyler Wilson; nieces, Debbie Weyrich Birkemeir, Barbara Weyrich Grider (Mike) and Donna Weyrich Smith (David).
