Julie Marie Gulczewski, 46, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, October 16, 2023.
She was born on October 30, 1976 in Buffalo, New York to Gary Mutka and Deborah Mutka Moessinger. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Eddie and Mary DeJoy and aunt, Beverly Cavagnaro.
Julie worked for 20 plus years in the Dentistry and Orthodontic practices in administrative and clinical roles. She grew up in Buffalo, NY and moved to Louisville with Jay in 2003, they married in 2006 and soon after started a family. She was a loving mother, wife, daughter, daughter-in-law, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend.
Julie is survived by her loving husband of 17 years, Jason P. Gulczewski, son, Quinn Jason Gulczewski, daughter, Jaymison Amelia Grace Gulczewski, mother, Deborah L. Moessinger, father, Gary M. Mutka, grandmother, Velma Craig, brother, Scott Mutka (Cara), niece, Eleanor Mutka, in-laws, Myron and Barbara Gulczewski, brothers-in-law, Michael Gulczewski (Gina), Andrew Gulczewski, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until the time of the service at 4:00 pm on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
The family requests that contributions in Julie's memory be made to through the funeral home.
