Judy Steakley

Judy Steakley, age 67 of Louisville, passed away March 13, 2013 surrounded by her family. Judy was born September 24, 1945 in Johnstown, PA to Helen Turner and the late Wallace H. Turner. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.

Judy is survived by her husband, Gene; son, Rus Sullivan (Jim) of Seattle, WA; daughters, Tammy Bostic (Mark) of Louisville, Tracy M. Witkosky of Louisville, Roni Strohman (Scott) of Louisville, and Morgan Butler (Mike) of Gallatin, TN; grandchildren, Stephanie, Chad, Joshua, Amy Jo, Megan, Roger, Daniel, Sarah, Emma "Peanut," and Mack; great-grandchildren, Johnny, Katrina, Ally, Aryien, Rylee, Braydon, Easton, Johnathon, Keashon, Mercede, Caden, and Briley; siblings, Jack Turner (Diane), Larry Turner (Patty), Sally Wingard (Willie); aunts Alice Wright and Agnes Wright; a host of extended family and friends; and her dog, Buddy.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 15, 2013 from 4pm to 8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243. Judy's funeral service will be 11am Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the funeral home
