Judith Elaine (Kepner) Walters, 65, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2013 in Louisville, Kentucky.
Judy was born on December 2, 1947 in Onawa, Iowa to the late Vernon Lester & Marjorie Lillian (Bolles) Kepner. She was united in marriage to James William Walters on December 31, 1995 and with this union, brought together two loving and devoted families.
Judy is survived by her husband, James Walters; children, Jennifer Puckett (Scott), Jason Mosser (Syble), Deborah Walters, Nina Higginbottom (Cleston), James W. Foster (Alanna), Glenda Walters; siblings, Susan Frayer, Steve, John, Kathy, & Tim Kepner; 17 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, & other relatives. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Robert V. Montgomery.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 PM on Monday, April 29, 2013, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will be at 11 AM on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hosparus of Louisville (3532 Ephraim McDowell Drive, Louisville, KY 40205).
