Judith A. Terhune

Judith A. Terhune, 84, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024. Judith was known to all of us as a godly woman with a gift of wisdom. She was a confidant to those in ministry as well in business. She counseled anyone who needed a shoulder from family to friends and strangers. She was a prayer warrior until God called her home.

Her life began in a small town but took her all around the world. She was the longest standing member of Calvary Assembly of God. She has a heavenly host of family and friends who eagerly waited for her arrival.

She was born on July 8, 1940 in Graves, Kentucky to Claude and Georgia (Campbell) Owens. She is preceded in death by her Father, Claude C. Owens, Mother, Georgia Lee Owens, Husband, William Carl Terhune, and loving siblings.

Judith is survived by her loving family, Children, Michael Stevenson, Bill (Linda) Terhune, Mike Terhune, Melissa R. (Greg) Roberts, and John Terhune; Grandcat Lilac Noel; Numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren, as well as a host of family, and friends to cherish her memory.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.

The family requests that contributions in Judith’s memory be made to Calvary Assembly of God or Local Humane Society.
