Judith Ellen Prell

Judith Ellen Prell, age 83 of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2024. Judy was born in Albany, NY to the late John Jeremiah Sullivan Sr. and Eleanor Marie (O'Brien) Sullivan. She spent her professional career as a Language, Speech Pathologist for Hazelwood Hospital where she loved and helped many clients. She was known for the unconditional love you felt whether you just met her or were her lifelong friend.

Judy is survived by her children, Mary Pat Bushart (Barry), Timothy Prell (Lora), Susan Stoneburner (Charles), Stephen Prell, and Andrew Prell; one sister, Kathleen Walter; and many nieces and nephews, fifteen grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be from 9 to 11am on Friday, April 5, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243. A celebration of Judith's life will take place at 11am at the funeral home, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lexington, Kentucky at 1:30pm.
