October 19,1954 - December 13, 2019
Joyce F. (Haydon) Skaggs went home December 13th, 2019 at 65 years old. Joyce was from Louisville, KY, however spent a lot of her younger years in Glasgow, KY which she always spoke fondly of her time there.
Joyce was preceded in death by Dorothy Mae O'Bannon (mother), Kenneth Haydon (birth Father), Peggy Frank (Sister) and many other loved ones.
Joyce is remembered by her daughter Tiffany Poole-Henderson (Justin), Son Matthew Poole, Dad William O'Bannon, Nephews Todd & Chris Frank, Great Nephews Ryan Malone & Patrick Frank. Along with a host of family and friends who love her immensely.
Joyce was employed by a few odd & end jobs along with Mothers Cookies, and UPS. She was a homemaker, extremely loving and caring, funny, brutally honest, eccentric, could talk to anyone and make a new friend anywhere, loved animals and all people and will greatly missed by many.
Joyce was cremated and her service will be held on December 21st at Kosmosdale Baptist Church starting at 2 p.m.
