Joseph Daniel Keith, Jr

Joseph Daniel "Joe" Keith, Jr, 56, passed away on July 7, 2021. Family meant the world to him; he loved family gatherings and spending time with them. Joe loved spending time at the track and watching the races. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, fishing, hunting and listening to country and classic rock music. Joe's favorite activities to do with his grandchildren was watching Sponge Bob, playing video games, shopping, taking them on trips and playing in general. He was very kind hearted and a devoted father and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Daniel and Bessie Keith, Sr; brother, Carl Daniel Keith and sister, Debra Kay Keith.

Joe leaves to cherish his memories, his children, Nikki (Jeremy) Keith, Christen (Randy) Adams, Lilly (Michael) Herron, Joseph Daniel (Joey) Keith, III and Marissa Keith; grandchildren, Serenity, Kaytlin, Emma, Avah, Devon, Laylah, Ethan, Savannah, Lyannah, Dakota, Brandon, Tristan and Elizabeth; brother, George (Pat) Keith; nephews, Eric, Daniel and Robby; nieces, Dustie, Michelle and Nikki; great nieces and great nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, July 16, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 4pm-8pm. A celebration of Joe's life will be Saturday, July 17, 2021, beginning at 11am at the funeral home.

Following the service at the funeral home, Joe will be laid to rest at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery, 2119 N. Highway 261, Hardinsburg, KY, at 1pm (CST).
