Joseph Henry Burg, 71 of Clarksville, Indiana passed away on Monday, September 29, 2014.
He was born on May 29, 1943 in New Albany to the late Charles and Lillian (Emery) Burg. He was also preceded in death by his grandson, Charles Burg.
Joe is survived by his wife of 48 years, Doris (Ball) Burg; children, Joseph Burg (Debbie), Charles Burg, Catherine Hawker (Ryan); and grandsons, Chris and Sean Criswell.
Visitation will take place from 3 to 8 PM on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM Friday in the chapel at the funeral home. Entombment will take place at a later date at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Heart Association (240 Whittington Parkway, Louisville, KY 40222).
