Johnny Franke

Johnny R Franke, 79, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022. Johnny enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He was always looking for a good time and enjoyed those times with friends and family. Johnny always wanted everyone to know he had family and loved each and every one of them. He will be missed by all his family, motorcycle buddies, and his cat "Buddy".

He was born on March 18, 1943 in Louisville, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his Wife, Deania Franke, Parents, Skeets & Ruby Franke, Step-Son, Jimmy Box, Siblings, Robert "Bob" Franke, Laura Franke, and James Franke.

Johnny is survived by his Brother, Ray (Betty) Franke, Step-Children, Deania (Ray) Embry, David Box, Donnie Box, Patty (Kerry) Vannatta, Ricky (Rita) Box, Deania (Ray) Embry, and Sandy (Don) Wright. Johnny also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, September 26, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with Entombment to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in Louisville, Kentucky.
