John Vincent Finn

John Vincent Finn, 87, passed away with his family by his side on Saturday morning March 22, 2014. John retired from Brown-Forman, Inc., and was a long-time member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Starlight, Indiana. He was born in Jeffersontown, Kentucky to the late James F. and Juliet (Young) Finn. He was also preceded in death by his brother, James K. Finn, and sister-in-law, Mary Finn.

He was married to Blanche A. (Boesing) Finn for 63 years. Along with his wife, survivors include his nine children, James Finn (Jackie), Jerome "Jerry" Finn (Jill), Therese Finn, Lois Dailey (Jerry), John Martin Finn, Walter Finn (Mary Beth), Carmel Quire (Chris), Martha Patton (David), Elaine Lonnemann (Paul); 35 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Friday, March 28, 2014 from 11 AM until 8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Saturday after 9 AM. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (8310 St. John's Road, Floyds Knobs, IN 47119) with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
