Jack Miller was raised in Roselle, NJ and graduated from Abraham Clark High School in 1946. He served in the US Army Air Corps before attending Rutgers University and graduating with a degree in Economics in 1954.
Lifelong New Jersey residents, Jack and Claire made their homes in New Brunswick, Westfield and Little Egg Harbor. Both were very active members of the Presbyterian Churches in those communities.
After retiring from Jersey Technical Sales in Scotch Plains, a company he co-founded, he worked at a variety of volunteer jobs and pursued a wide variety of passions including Rutgers Football, Basketball and Wrestling. He was a voracious reader, a tenacious surf fisherman, a fantastic storyteller, an ice cream connoisseur, a classic film fanatic, a music lover and a sharp dressed man.
A memorial celebration will be held on July 21, 2023 at a site to be determined. In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to your local food pantry.
