John W. Manion, 75, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.
He was born on August 8, 1947 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late William and Pauline (Cox) Manion.
John is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Freda G. Manion, daughters, Nicole Manion Hicks (Jeff), Jacqueline Manion Guetig (Keith), grandchildren, William and Samuel Hicks and Grant and Luke Guetig, sisters, Kathy Minyard (Kenny), Paula Gillenwater (Paul) and brother, Kevin Fitzpatrick.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday, July 17, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
A Celebration of John's life will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at the funeral home with private burial at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church (13800 Aiken Road, Louisville, KY 40245).
The family requests that contributions in John's memory be made to The American Heart Association either by mail or by clicking here, to donate online.
