John Leo Goodman

John Leo "Mike" Goodman, 79, of Corydon, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, April 15, 2021. Mike was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He retired from AT&T after 27 years of employment. He then went on to own and operate Goodman's Communication in New Albany for over 25 years. Mike enjoyed doing anything outdoors, like fishing, hunting, and camping. Above all else, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He was born on November 30, 1941, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late Titus and Elizabeth (Schneider) Goodman. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Sue Goodman; and his daughter-in-law, Joy Goodman.

Mike is survived by his daughter, Glenda Scott; son, John Anthony Goodman; son, Michael Anthony (Linn) Goodman; brother, Donald (Sharon) Goodman; sister, Sharon Windell; sister, Susan Bauer; grandchildren, Joseph (Elise) Stephens, Connor Goodman, Noah Goodman, Eden Goodman, Tyler Goodman, and Jacob Goodman; great-grandchildren, Phoebe Stephens and Liam Stephens; and his faithful dog, Sammie.

Cremation was chosen following Mike's wishes.
