Fahey, John Thomas "Tom" age 79 passed away October 23rd peacefully at Veterans Hospital with his loving family by his side.
He was precede in death by his parents, Abbie and Frank Fahey Sr., brothers, Frank Jr. and Mike, sisters, Mary, Lenore and Margaret.
He was retired from the Courier Journal after 40 years service, served in United States Army during the Korean War, wasa 1952 graduate of Flaget High School and was an avidU of L Cardinal Basketball fan.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Jean; step sons, Denny and Scott Raypole and step daughter Robyn Keith, granddaughter Whitney Raypole and many nieces, nephews cousins and inlaws
Funeral ceremony 1 pm Thursday at Newcomer Funeral Home 235 Juneau Drive with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation 2-8 pm Wednesday.
