John Edmond Simmons

Mr. John E. Simmons, age 79 of Louisville, passed away on Monday, September 9, 2013. He was a musician who played locally in a band for a number of years, was a recording artist and also an Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Fern.
Mr. Simmons is survived by his son, John Eric Simmons (Valerie); 7 grandchildren, including Ezra and Eden; 3 great-grandchildren; 4 step-children, Teresa, Peggy, Jill and Millie;sister, Linda Downey.
Military honors will be 11am Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central 2501 N. Dixie Blvd Radcliff, KY 40160. To leave a special message for the family, please use the "Share Memories" button above.
