John D. Bright, Jr. "Stinky", 60, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019.

He was born on October 4, 1958 in Louisville, Kentucky to John and Geneva (Russell) Bright . He is preceded in death by his Parents, Brothers, Willie B. Bright and Dick Bright, and Nephew, Keith L. Board.

John is survived by his Beloved, Kimya Taylor, Brothers, Michael Johnson (Patricia) and Benjamin Bright, Sister, Peggy Bright, Sons, Chief Petty Officer USN Shawn A. Campbell (Yolaunda), Robert Bright, Marco Bright, Jon Bright, Quinton Henry, LaMarcus Henry, Daughter, Da'nesha Henry, Step-Children, Shameda Henry and Shanice Henry, Grandsons, Keshawn Campbell and Kayden Page, Granddaughter, Kiarah Campbell, Aunt, Kay Turnage, Uncle, Jake Russell, a great friend, Oliver Hinkle and a host of nieces, nephews, Cousins and extended family.

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, at the funeral home.
