John Abraham, Jr.
January 8, 1934 — August 28, 2012
John Robert (Bob) Abraham, Jr., age 78 of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2012. Originally from Harlan County, he was born to the late John Sr. and Lillie Howard Abraham. He was a retired plastics engineer at GE and was an avid basketball fan. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Rodrick Abraham.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Sherry Sidener Abraham; son, Jason Abraham; brother, Winston Abraham (Carolyn); sister, Pat Logan (Don); and dear friend of the family Karen Battoe.
Celebration of Life will be 6:00 p.m. Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with visitation there from 3:00 p.m. until time of service.
Memorials may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation.
