Joanne Frances Overholser Loveland

June 10, 1930 — January 4, 2021

Joanne Frances (Overholser) Loveland, 90, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021. Joanne was a member of Park Memorial United Methodist Church. She was a gifted pianist who also played the French horn and trumpet. She enjoyed gardening and attending Bible studies in her free time.

She was born on June 10, 1930, in Painesville, Ohio, to the late Morgan and Frances (Eging) Overholser.

Joanne is survived by her daughter, Pamela (Jerry) Gesenhues; daughter, Donna (Terry) Askren; son, Ronald (Nita) Loveland; son, Jeffery (Cheryle) Loveland; brother, Dennis (Marilyn) Overholser; 8 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 8, 2021, at Park Memorial United Methodist Church (1820 E. Park Place, Jeffersonville, IN). Her Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the church. She will be laid to rest at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.

The family requests that contributions in Joanne's memory be made to the Autism Society (6110 Executive Blvd, Suite 305, Rockville, MD 20852) or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (200 Vesey Street, 28th Floor, New York, NY 10281).
