Joan C. Bennett Head

Joan C. Bennett Head, age 91 of Jeffersontown, Kentucky passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. Head; her parents, Catherine A. Hulcee Bennett and David B. Bennett; her sister, Ramona Fertig; and nephew, Ken Fertig.

Joan is survived by her children, Tina Jo Head and Todd Head; grandsons, Jesse and Jamie Head; sister, Judy Sparks; nieces, Kim Sparks and Sherri Warner; nephews, Chuck Sparks, Ron Fertig, John Thomas and several others; and a host of family and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be 10am to 12pm on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243. Graveside services will be private.
