Jo Ann Faske

Jo Ann Faske, 94, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2023. Jo Ann was a proud member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. She enjoyed fishing, counted cross stitch, reading, puzzles, playing cards, and most importantly spending time with and helping her family and friends.

She was born on July 11, 1929 in Borden, Indiana to the late Ray and Lelia (Crain) McKinley. Jo Ann attended Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana receiving a bachelor's degree in business, followed by a secondary degree in education. She enjoyed teaching and helping others in need. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Wilford B. Faske; and brother, Ellis (Alice) McKinley.

Jo Ann is survived by her loving children, Connie (Frank) Senn, Carol (Wayne) Stephens, Joseph (Karen) Faske and Matthew (Dawn) Faske; grandchildren, Bernadette, Lea, Zach, and Sarah; great grandchildren, Maura, Connor, Killian, Maverick, and Ashton; and brother, AJ (Marilyn) McKinley.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 5, 2024 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, (8310 St. John's Road, Floyds Knobs, Indiana 47119) and Saturday, January 6, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Her Funeral Mass will be at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with burial to follow.

The family requests that contributions in Jo Ann's memory be made to Hosparus or the American Cancer Society.
